Architecture and Sacred Geometry

Architecture and Sacred Geometry, Scott A. Ogsburn "A Fusion of Sacred Architecture, Archaeo-astronomy and Sacred Geometry", Scott A. Ogburn, Adjunct Professor at the School of Architecture, Philadelphia University, will present a lecture and slide show presentation on the fusion of sacred architecture, archaeo-astronomy and the symbolic sacred geometry of some of the most ancient sites on our planet.

These sacred sites have astronomical alignments suggesting the builders had advanced knowledge of astronomy.

Sites such as the Great Pyramid, Egyptian temples including Karnak, temples on Malta, Stonehenge, Avebury, Callanish, the Nazca lines and Mayan temples will be some of the ancient sacred architecture reviewed.

Professor Ogburn has a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia, an M.Arch., Master of Architecture degree, from Virginia Tech and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Architectural History at Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, England.

Arthur Broznansky is the scholar I mentioned that has written about the ruins of Tiahuanaco and the Gateway of the Sun being more than 17,000 years old. I believe Broznansky has some books published on Tiahuanaco. From the crystalinks web site: "Around the turn of the 20th century Bolivian scholar Arthur Broznansky began a fifty year study of the ruins of Tiahuanaco.

Using astronomical information, he concluded that the city was constructed more than 17,000 years ago long before any civilization was supposed to have existed. He considered Tiahuanaco to be the 'Cradle of Civilization'.

Interpretations of an Alien Star Map

Interpretations of an Alien Star Map, William McBride If you have an interest in astronomy, ancient Egypt, UFOs or alien abduction stories, you will love this book.

Have you ever wondered about what star systems ETs might come from? Interpretations of an Alien Star Map is based on the alleged abduction case of Betty Hill and the famous alien star map that she saw on the space ship and was able to re-draw under hypnosis.

It was later discovered that her map was accurate to the Andromine star system discovered some 10 years after her drawing surfaced. Whether you believe in UFOs and alien-abduction stories or are a complete skeptic, this is a fascinating story. Over the past forty-three years many people have tried to interpret the alien star map Betty Hill drew.

My book reviews all the past and current interpretations of her alien star map and I provide my own interpretation of the star map. For more information of to purchase the book click here.

Amazing Anomalous Archaeology

Amazing Anomalous Archaeology, with Adam Fausey, a recent graduate of Shippensburg University and native of Harrisburg. The presentation will focus on strange artifacts which seem to defy logic and our Current knowledge of ancient history.

Adam has studied several good books on that subject and has found a lot of strange photographs from reputable sources here on the Internet. Adam will present several working hypotheses accounting for these anomalies.

Adam graduated with a major in communications and a minor in anthropology. He is planning on going back to college in a year to hopefully get his masters in anthropology as it has always been one of his great passions.

Human Intention effect on the output of Random Event Generators

PEAR Lab (Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Lab) is working in conjunction with Leigh University doing research on the effects of Human Intention effect on the output of Random Event Generators, ( REGs) Leigh Students working on this research project will visit us, share their research and invite those interested to participate in their experiment.

Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research lab has 30 years of research that suggest human intention has a small but statistically significant effect on the output of random event generators. A group of students from Leigh University have created a device that allows anyone to experiment with this phenomenon in the comfort of their own home.

These students will visit us on May 24th in Philadelphia. They will speak about the PEAR lab research and their project. Volunteers will be able to experiment with our REG device to see what kind of effect they have on the output. If you are interested at all, or have any questions please contact Jared at jmgb@lehigh.edu.

The Extended Mind: Recent Experimental Evidence

Filmed lecture by DR. RUPERT SHELDRAKE "THE EXTENDED MIND: RECENT EXPERIMENTAL EVIDENCE" ( Selected best parts of the lecture) Dr. Sheldrake (London, UK) is world renown for his innovative and revolutionary experimental work on the dynamics of Mind and Psyche.

His work suggests that models of mind and psyche which presume egocentric separation are counter-intuitive, and that an integral and holistic model which situates mind and psyche as originally interconnected within a unified field - the extended mind- is more compelling in making sense of the everyday workings of mental phenomena known to us as ESP, mental telepathy, and pre-cognition.

His findings suggest that a radical re-orientation in the sciences of mind and psyche is called for which opens the way to Integral Science and a new Common Sense. Dr. Sheldrake is a biologist and author of more than 75 technical papers and ten books.

A former Research Fellow of the Royal Society, he studied natural science at Cambridge University where he took a Ph.D. in biochemistry, and philosophy at Harvard University, where he was a Frank Knox Fellow. He was a Fellow of Clare College, Cambridge University, and Director of Studies in biochemistry and cell biology. From 1974 to 1985 worked at the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) in Hyderabad, India.

He is currently a Fellow of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, near San Francisco, and an Academic Director at the Graduate Institute in Connecticut. He lives in London with his wife and two sons. His most recent book is The Sense of Being Stared At, And Other Aspects of the Extended Mind. DVD's will be available of this program for sale.

Is the Lost Legacy of Man Recorded on Mars

Is the Lost Legacy of Man Recorded on Mars? The Cydonia Codex Reflections from Mars by George J. Haas offers overwhelming evidence of aesthetic and symbolic designs on the surface of the planet Mars. The authors' research encompasses over ten years of study and analysis of NASA photographs of the planet Mars.

Beginning with the famous 1976 photograph of a mile-long geoglyphic formation found on the surface of Mars that strongly resembles a bifurcated mask, Haas and Saunders offer side-by-side comparisons of the art and sculpture of pre-Columbian Mesoamerica with over a dozen corresponding geoglyphic structures found in the Cydonia region of Mars.

The implication is staggering — Earth’s history and humankind’s origins could be very different than commonly believed. George J. Haas is the founder and premier investigator of the Mars research group known as The Cydonia Institute. He is an artist, art instructor, writer, curator and former director of the Sculptors’ Association of New Jersey.

He is also a member of both The Pre-Columbian Society at the University of Pennsylvania and The Pre-Columbian Art Research Institute in San Francisco California. His program features a Power Point presentation of his book, current discoveries, group discussion and book a signing.

We will also take a look at Tom Van Flandern, Mars and the Cydonia Images further revealed from a videotaped interview with Jim Rodgers confirming the existence of these structures and their importance for our understanding of the history of our solar system.

Genesis Revisited

Genesis Revisited a new film about Zecharia Sitchin’s theories on the history of life on our planet, our biblical history, and the evidence which exist today to support his theories of ancient extraterrestrials visits to our planets and the seeding of our social systems, our agriculture, and our religious traditions all stem from this period of time.

After viewing this film we will view photo’s taken by Jennifer Stein in the British museum and the New York Metropolitan museum near east exhibits will be shown and discussed. If time allows a brief look at a power point based on the work of Zecharia Sitchin will be viewed and discussed. For more information about Zechaira Sitchin visit: www.sitchin.com
