The recent breakthrough reveals that the "Shelburne USO Story" was not connected to the Shag Harbor Incident but occurred 7 years earlier during October of 1960 on a NATO minesweeping exercise that involved 19 navy ships, 10 US and 9 Canadian operating near Shelburne, Nova Scotia. That NATO mission was known as "Clear Sweep 5". Chris recently spoke about this amazing event for the first time in October 2022 in Yarmouth, NS, at the 2022 Shag Harbor UFOXPO. Chris is now completing a manuscript for publication in 2023. This will explain the confusion that took Chris 29 years to resolve and understand, revealing several shocking discoveries. For example, the deck logs of the command ship, HMCS Cape Scott, record that on October 12, 1960, at 12:42 pm, the mission went to DEFCON 1, a defense readiness state that historians claim has never happened. That occurred at the time and date that the former clearance divers claim that they encountered two USOs on the seabed occupied by live aliens. The deck logs give no reason, but the flotilla comes to anchor in only seven fathoms of water and holds station there for days. Lifeboats are lowered, and the primary mission is put on hold. A truly amazing story.

Formerly employed by the C.I.A., John speaks out on CIA policies about how they report and work with the other branches of government covering the UFO subject.
An unusual phenomenon known as the Dome of Light was detected by US intelligence sensors during certain Russian ballistic missile test launches. Of particular interest was the SS-20 Sable intermediate range ballistic missile (IRBM). Ballistic missile analysts at the Foreign Technology Division (now the National Air and Space Intelligence Center -- NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB attributed the Dome of Light phenomenon to a ballistic missile countermeasures technique. However, this phenomenon was also detected when there were no ballistic missile launches. What did the Russians know about the Dome of Light, which they called the "Petrozavodsk Phenomenon?" The possible answer has surprising relevance to the US government's UAP investigation.
John Ramirez served from 1984 to 2009 in the CIA Directorate of Science and Technology, Directorate of Intelligence, and the ODNI National Counterproliferation Center (NCPC). During his 25-year career he specialized in ballistic missile defense systems and signals analysis of weapon system radars under the parent offices where the legacy UFO study program resided. He served as the Chief of Site for an overseas technical collection facility and was Chief of the Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Analysis Branch. A founding member of the ODNI NCPC, he was the SIGINT specialist and the multi-discipline collection requirements strategist for counterproliferation equities. Prior to his career in the Intelligence Community, John enlisted in the US Navy as an Electronics Warfare Technician. He is a graduate of the George Washington University in Washington, DC. Alien abduction experiences don’t come more bizarre than Bruce Cornet’s 1981 event. Cornet was virtually taken by aliens in plain sight of his entire drilling crew, who watched the UAP hover over an adjacent field, saw him taken in a beam of light, found him missing and then saw him returned to his bunk in the Mud-logging Trailer about an hour later.
“I have told ufologists about my abduction which happened before my entire drill crew on an October night in 1981 near Richmond, Virginia”. “But have not gotten the response that Travis Walton got”. “In my case, I wasn’t taken for five days and there was no involvement from the police, psychologists, a polygrapher, newspapers or even Phil Klass”.
Cornet’s incident went virtually unnoticed and unreported. “My crew chose not to talk about what happened, and I could not remember details until I was regressed 14 years later”. “I was returned hypothermic, in great pain and injured, yet couldn’t believe my crew’s story. Actually, I didn’t believe what my crew had told me. I was gone for at least one to three hours, not five days.”
“All I remembered was having a nightmare in the bunk and thinking that I had missed seeing the UFO“. This is Cornet’s account. It’s an alien abduction experience he had kept suppressed for more than a decade, until alien abductions were being reported on prime time television with the show The Intruders, based on the book, Missing Time, by Budd Hopkins and Dr. John Mack.

Kevin has spent the majority of his life in the study of all aspects of the UFO phenomena. He has actively investigated cattle mutilations, abductions, crash retrievals and a wide variety of flying saucer sightings.

Richard Lang, Author - “What Governments know about UAPs - Disclosure and Declassification”
Richard Lang is the Agency Director for AIRIA - (Aerospace Research Investigation Reporting Agency) and has been a UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) Researcher and investigator since the early 1990s.
He served as STAR Team Manager and SIP Project Coordinator from the beginning of the project in February 2009 until it ended in of January 2010, which at that time was the most advanced non-government rapid response UAP investigative team in the world.
In 2008 Mr. Lang was featured in the DISCOVERY CHANNEL TV series "UFOs over Earth" serving as one of the lead investigators in the shows filmed in Fayetteville, North Carolina and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. In 2001 Mr. Lang was a reserve law enforcement officer in Virginia.

Linda Zimmerman - Animal reactions and UFO sightings of the Hudson Valley NY.
The reactions of animals during UFO sightings may provide important clues to the nature of the phenomenon and how to conduct better research. So many sightings occur because the witness was alerted by a dog barking, or barnyard animals making sounds of alarm, but that aspect is usually just a brief mention in reports.
Animals have keen senses and don’t have an imagination, so their reactions prove that something real is happening. What can we learn from these animal witnesses? One evening in January 1973, fourteen-year-old Dolly Safran gazed out the window of her home near the Florida Everglades. Without warning, a UFO dropped from the sky and hovered in her backyard. To her shock, Dolly could see thin gray-skinned figures with large dark eyes staring back at her. Frightened, she dived under her bed to hide. Something historic is happening in Nazca, Peru. In early 2017 several “unusual” bodies and parts of bodies were examined after being given to the Inkari Institute in Cusco, Peru in late 2016. The location of the find as well as the name of the discoverer have been kept secret to prevent graverobbing.
All of the bodies are hominid, still have all of their internal organs but have only three fingers and three toes as shown in the Gaia photo above. The bodies have all been preserved for perhaps thousands of years and have not had any internal organs removed. Some of the bodies which are only two feet tall, are believed to be reptilian and have a skeleton structure similar to a frog. Computer tomography of this species does not show any evidence of lungs or digestive tract. They died about 1,100 years ago. Their DNA does not match anything on record.
Maria, the larger species, except for being tridactyl, looks very human. She has been carbon-dated to have died about 1700 years ago. The genetic studies indicate that Maria has only about 25% human-like DNA. She seems to have ended in a violent death by predator animals.
